Corporate M&A Senior Associate - 3 days per week

This commercial boutique law firm in Auckland is seeking a Senior Associate (6+ years’ PQE) to join their highly regarded team. You’ll work directly with two high-performing Directors on a wide range of complex and high-value matters. This role is part of a job-share scheme and has been created due to the firm winning a substantial amount of new work.

The client base rivals that of a top-tier firm, including corporates, investors, and private clients across diverse industries. You’ll advise on commercial contracts, M&A, joint ventures, and broader commercial transactions.
While the work is stimulating and high-level, the environment is genuinely lifestyle-focused. The team is tight-knit, down-to-earth, and respectful, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and cultural fit.

The office, fully refurbished just two years ago, offers open-plan spaces, dual-screen setups, and stand-up desks to support a modern, flexible way of working.

• Have 6+ years’ PQE in commercial/corporate transactions and advisory work
