As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly qualified Corporate Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a recognized institution and at least 5 years of experience in corporate legal advisory services. The successful candidate will be able to provide expert advice on corporate governance, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk management. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners is essential. Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk management. • Develop and implement strategies for managing risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company's policies and procedures are aligned with its overall strategy. • Represent the company in meetings with external partners and stakeholders. • Ensure that all legal documents, contracts, and agreements are properly drafted and reviewed. Requirements: • Law degree from a recognized institution. • At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal advisory services. • Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
