This is a key role within the firm's Legal Services division and is suited for a legally qualified professional with 3 years’ experience in corporate law and governance , who can lead a small team , manage complex filings, and work directly with UK partners and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and review corporate legal documents and contracts; Provide expert advice on corporate law and governance matters to internal stakeholders and external clients; Collaborate with the firm's other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of projects; Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders; Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts; Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Requirements Legally qualified professional with 3 years’ experience in corporate law and governance ; Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles and practices; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in MS Office applications; Familiarity with legal practice management software.
