Corporate IT Engineer (Desktop/Helpdesk)

We are hiring a Corporate IT Engineer to provide technical support for desktop systems, networks, and applications. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Monitor and ensure the integrity of IT systems, networks, and applications. Identify and report potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field. Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
