In this central role, you will be responsible for corporate-wide insurance management, as well as the development of related digital processes and tools. You will actively shape the transformation process towards a modern, and support the establishment of an efficient and transparent Risk Management System.

Comprehensive care and continuous optimization of the company-wide insurance portfolio, including policy and coverage analyses, exposure data collection, and strategic goal recommendations, tendering and negotiation, implementation, and control
Consultation to departments on insurance matters, as well as independent analysis, evaluation, and placement of risks
Responsibility for the Digitalization of Insurance Management, including process harmonization, automation & tooling for policy management, premium history, claims database, exposure data (turnover, locations, values), risk matrix & risk register, workflows (damage reporting, approvals, renewal)
Tight cooperation with and interface to internal stakeholders, brokers, and insurers
Participation in the of a central risk management tool including risk matrix
BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, AND CONTINUOUS OPTIMIZATION OF RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESSES
Conducting risk analyses, damage assessments, and regular reporting
Proactive identification of risks, as well as derivation and tracking of risk-reducing measures in departments to achieve risk mitigation and/or policy cost savings
Molding and accompanying change processes in the context of Insurance & Risk
