Job description

Job Description The Human Resources Executive/HRBP will support strategic, commercial, and operational Human Resources advice to support the business in making effective workforce decisions. This position will partner with relevant stakeholders and use people analytics to coach, guide and advise on organizational design, talent management, learning and development, reward, and risk management. As the organization is a lean team, the Corporate Human Resources Executive must be willing to be hands-on and flexible in their approach to HR activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
