Aufgaben

We are looking for you as a suitable addition to our Commercial Operations Team. Based on your skills and experiences, you will be integrated into the relevant area and take direct responsibility for tasks that match your strengths:

• You actively support the build-up and optimization of processes and automations in the Commercial Operations area, with the goal of increasing efficiency and scalability
• You analyze sales and performance data continuously and lead to concrete measures for revenue growth and process optimization based on this
• You develop and implement automations and scalable processes (e.g. with HubSpot, Make.com, KI-Tools) to increase efficiency and better utilize resources
• You work closely with other teams to incorporate market and customer insights into the further development of our products and growth strategies
• You support the founding team in identifying and implementing new business opportunities through proactive market observation and data-driven analyses
• You may take responsibility for a team and develop leadership skills, growing together with us successfully

Qualifikation

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent education
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Business Development, Sales, Account Management or Consulting, ideally in a startup environment
• Experience with automation and tools like make.com, n8n or similar is advantageous
• Hubspot or equivalent CRM tool knowledge is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and high motivation to drive your career forward at full speed
• Structured working style, team spirit, and joy in a dynamic startup environment
• You can express yourself very well in German and English
