Corporate Customer Specialist

We are seeking candidates with a disability statement for our client, as part of their vocational activation program, for the position of Corporate Customer Specialist (Sales Support) in Lodz.

Your tasks:

Collaboration with salesperson: joint responsibility for customer portfolio

Daily contact with business clients (email, phone)

Ongoing administrative support for assigned portfolio

Work in sales department systems and prepare reports for clients

Preparation and completion of tender documents

Creating offer comparisons (negotiations, re-negotiations)

Calculation of offers for new and existing customers

Requirements:

Current disability statement

First-hand work experience – we value especially work with clients or in administration/sales

Excel and PowerPoint skills (at least intermediate level)

Able to create simple marketing materials, presentations, and calculations

Able to set priorities and act under time pressure
