Tasks

• You stand regularly in front of the camera and are an important face of our content, together with others from the team. Whether explaining, pointing out, humorous or spontaneous: You feel comfortable being visible, showing attitude, and conveying topics at eye level.
• You build our presence on Instagram, TikTok & Co. strategically to be visible and relevant.
• You develop ideas that stick, implement them yourself (concept, direction, cut) and understand how humor, timing, and storytelling work.
• You sense trends early on, adapt them smartly for our brand, and know when a format can go viral.
• You support the marketing team in implementing strong, authentic video content for ads that don't feel like advertising.
• You plan and curate our content calendar, analyze performance, draw clear learnings from data, and translate them into new, bold formats.
• You work closely with Performance Marketing, Design, and the Founding Team together and ensure that our brand voice remains consistent, human, and unmistakable, even (and especially) when we're pushing boundaries.

Qualification

• 1-2 years of experience in the field of Social Media, Content Creation, or Brand Marketing, either professionally or as an independent creator (e.g., on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), ideally in a start-up or consumer environment.
• Experience in producing and post-producing video content independently.
• Understanding of brand building, storytelling, and community building: You think in narratives, not individual posts.
• Creative eye, sense for trends, and the ability to explain complex topics simply and engagingly.
• Organized, self-reliant, and hands-on.
• Fluent in German & English.
