Aufgaben

Your Mission:

You will be the voice of Cloudiax both internally and externally, working directly with our management team. You will ensure that our messages are clear, consistent, and professional – whether in press releases, social media, internal newsletters or crisis situations. You will act proactively, give impulses for topics and build structures for smooth communication. Even in challenging moments, you will maintain calmness and structure.

Your Tasks:

· Strategic planning and implementation of external communication (press, social media, website, events)

· Responsibility for internal communication to keep all employees informed

· Building and maintaining clear communication processes and structures

· Crisis communication: rapid, structured reaction to system failures or other critical situations

· Creation of press materials, presentations, and speeches

· Independent gathering of all relevant information and proactive topic finding

· Continuous improvement of communication processes and establishment of a consistent brand presence

Qualification

Your Profile:

· Completed studies in the field of communication, journalism, PR, marketing or comparable experience

· Experience in press work, internal communication and ideally crisis communication

· Excellent ability to work independently and drive topics forward on your own initiative

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· Systematic, structured and proactive working style

· Secure in German and English communication, additional languages a plus

· Enjoy building processes and long-term accompanying them

· Enthusiasm for actively shaping the company's communication
