The Corporate Communications Manager, Corporate Affairs will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that drive engagement, build trust, and foster collaboration across the organization. This role will also oversee the development of external communications materials that showcase our company’s purpose, values, and achievements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with Prudential’s overall business objectives; • Designing and implementing internal communication campaigns to drive employee engagement and participation; • Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to develop and disseminate key messages and information; • Overseeing the development of external communications materials, including press releases, media statements, and other content that showcases our company’s purpose, values, and achievements; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and media representatives; • Providing strategic counsel to senior leaders on internal and external communications matters; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Excellent project management and organizational skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
