This commercial–corporate boutique firm in Auckland is on the lookout for an Intermediate to Senior Solicitor (4+ years' PQE) to join their highly regarded team. You'll work directly with two high-performing Directors on a wide range of complex, high-value matters.
The client base is on par with top tier firms and includes corporates, investors, and private clients across industries such as technology, property, retail, and services.
Day to day duties:
The firm structure ensures regular client interaction and ownership of matters early on. - Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
- Advising on company structuring, governance, and compliance
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and business sales
- Conducting legal due diligence and risk analysis
- Providing day-to-day legal advice to business owners, boards, and executives
- Advising on intellectual property, privacy, and commercial leasing matters
- Collaborating with external advisors, accountants, and in-house counsel

- Have 3–5 years’ PQE
- Are personable, grounded, and a natural team player

- Hold a solid academic record (minimum B average)
