Corporate Building Management Systems Manager

Within the framework of strengthening the Corporate Engineering function, we are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in building management systems, able to manage and coordinate the implementation of new technologies and innovative solutions within the Company's facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, architecture, or a related field, with experience in managing complex projects and teams. He/She should be able to work effectively in an international environment, communicate fluently in English, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the efficient use of resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. He/She will also be expected to collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and solutions into existing systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems, as well as experience in working with Building Management Systems (BMS) software, such as Schneider Electric's StruxureWare or similar products. He/She should also be familiar with industry standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, ISO 9001, and OSHA. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results-oriented projects on time and within budget, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
