Corporate Associate | 2-4 PQE | Guernsey

Join the Guernsey office of this leading offshore law firm and become part of its highly regarded corporate practice, one of the largest and most sophisticated in the offshore legal market. You will join a well-structured and collaborative team advising on a wide range of complex, high-profile transactions. The work is broad-ranging and includes M&A/PE, banking & finance, as well as corporate advisory and structuring mandates. To be successful in this role you will possess: 2–4 years’ PQE (UK style qualification) with experience in corporate law, preferably gained within a leading offshore or international law firm. You should have a strong academic record, including a good degree from a reputable university. In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
