Corporate Actions Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a person for a company wholly owned by Moltiply Group, specializing in the outsourcing management of Asset Management, Private Banking/Wealth Management (SIM/SGR/ Banking networks of financial advisors) processes.

Position

The Corporate Actions Team is responsible for ensuring a management service for corporate events related to financial instruments in the portfolio through the preparation of information for Investment Fund Managers and the sending of instructions to Depositary Banks.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Reception and verification of announcements from depositaries and counterparties
• Updating of corporate event management systems
• Sending notifications to fund managers
• Monitoring deadlines and collecting voting/option instructions
• Entry of instructions on depositary portals
• Entry of accounting movements in Bloomberg
• Verification of the correct accounting of events
• Securities portfolio reconciliation, analysis and anomaly resolution
• Participation and support for new implementations
• Collaboration on new projects

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar position of at least 3 years
• Experience in managing corporate events
• Knowledge of investment funds and financial instruments.
• Fluent English
• Good knowledge of the “Bloomberg AIM” provider

Selection Process and Offer

Our selection process is designed to be transparent and offer a clear and constructive experience to candidates. It involves three main phases:

The remuneration for the position is between 32,000 and 38,000 gross annual euros. The employment level will be defined during the selection phase, in accordance with the CCNL Terziario Confcommercio and based on the profile's alignment with the role's requirements, including the potential definition of variable components and/or supplementary benefits.

The work mode is hybrid.

The work location is Milan. The hiring is planned on a full-time basis.
