Cornerstone OnDemand Implementation Consultant (m/w/d) - Krakow (onsite) / B2B Contract / German B2 or above

Stellenbeschreibung Project Management and Client Consulting: You will independently manage local and international projects and work closely with client teams to develop customized solutions. HR Software Implementation: You will support the implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). You will actively contribute your experience to client projects. Process Analysis and Optimization: You will analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop optimization solutions using your expertise. Requirements Management: You will ensure that all project requirements are met by working closely with clients and stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English are essential for this role. Travel: Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration). Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR consulting or implementation projects. Certification: German B2 or above.
