We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join one of the largest B2C Coaching companies in the German-speaking region, break records, change lives and join a strong marketing team.

The Role

As Senior Copywriter*in, your responsibility is to generate revenue through advertisements. Your task is to come up with concepts for advertisements, write scripts, and finalize them in the end.

The Situation

We currently produce around 10 weekly advertisements (videos, images, carousel posts). To further scale our ad budget, we need more advertisements. That's where you come in.

We have two book funnels:

1. Fuck Einsamkeit – Der radikal andere Weg bedeutungsvolle Verbindungen aufzubauen
2. Fuck Smalltalk – Wie du Gespräche führst, die unter die Haut gehen

We also have a first conversation funnel: Our flagship coaching, the Mental Strength Challenge.

And monthly free challenges are created for the advertisements.

The majority of our ads are created for Meta Ads. Primarily Instagram. We reach many people aged 20-35 years old, but also 35+ is represented.

Your Tasks

One of our values is “Extreme Ownership, everybody is a leader”. You will not only be writing ads, but taking responsibility for one or more of the funnels over Ads.

This does not mean you have to edit videos yourself or upload ads yourself. Your copy is, however, the foundation for the success of the funnel. Therefore, our Copywriters are responsible for the funnels.

You will work like an entrepreneur in the company. You will have responsibility, and therefore also great creative freedom, and at the same time always have a manager to whom you can turn with questions.

A typical working week as a Copywriter looks like this:

Most of your time will be spent writing ads. A further part of your time will be spent exchanging ideas with video editors to provide feedback on the ads they cut for you. The rest of your time is available for evaluating your ads, implementing new ideas and continuing education.

Job Requirements

The requirements for your position as Copywriter*in are:

· A passion for marketing

· The drive to always improve and achieve greater goals

· Prior experience in the field of Copywriting (ideally 1 year or more)

· Perfect German in writing and speaking

· You love challenges and show a high level of initiative and diligence

· You are persevering, persistent, and do not shy away from working longer to complete an important project on time

· A certain technical affinity to quickly get along with marketing software

· You take responsibility for your work
