Aufgaben

Projektmanagement und Kundenverwaltung:

You keep an overview of your department, use our project management tool to prioritize customer projects correctly and ensure that all projects are completed on time and successfully.

Erstellung von verkaufsstarken Werbetexten:

You write great sales copy for customer projects based on the marketing strategies we've developed.

Komplettes E-Mail Marketing Setup:

You set up the complete email marketing system for our customers and take care of connecting domains, websites, and tools.

Systempflege & Konfiguration:

You regularly check our systems, test email sequences, and ensure that everything runs smoothly technically.

Eigenständiger Kundenkontakt:

You are the first point of contact for our customers. If something doesn't work out, you're on the spot - you find solutions and help make processes more efficient.

Dokumentation & Prozesssicherheit:

You document setups and workflows so that our technical knowledge remains structured in the long term.

Qualifikation

Fachliche Kompetenz:

✅ You have already gained experience with email marketing or direct-mailing content

✅ You know your way around email marketing tools and can create presentations for a video pitch

✅ You are extremely well-organized and structured, so you can manage multiple customer projects simultaneously

Persönliche Kompetenz:

✅ You work independently and reliably and are able to keep your project management tidy

✅ You enjoy being in contact with customers and finding solutions for all their questions or problems

Bonus, kein Muss:

✅ Experience with no-code tools or automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n)

✅ You have already worked with various industries and target groups
