Copywriter

Model: Hybrid (in-person 3x a week in PORTO ALEGRE | Level: Mid-level)

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our marketing team. If you have a special talent for storytelling and creating content that engages and inspires, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Create persuasive and impactful content for marketing campaigns across various channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and printed materials.
• Develop creative scripts for promotional and institutional videos.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure written content aligns with the brand's visual identity and objectives.
• Review and edit texts to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
• Content planning and creation of editorial lines.
• Plan editorial topics and calendars for social media.
• Translate technical topics (health, therapy, child development, etc.) into accessible language for the lay public, without losing accuracy.
• Review and adjust texts based on feedback from specialists and leadership.
• Review final materials before client submission, ensuring consistency of tone, clarity, and absence of errors.
• Monitor content performance and adjust approach based on results, and create a report with monthly data.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience with social media writing or content marketing (mid-level).
• Experience with copywriting and storytelling applied to digital content.
• Excellent command of the Portuguese language.
• Organization to manage editorial calendars and multiple simultaneous topics.
• Attention to detail for reviewing materials before client submission.
• Good communication skills to align content with specialists and leadership.
