My name is Francesco Castaldi and I am building Clinic Management, the first Italian MSO dedicated to dental practices.

Our model is simple and no one in Italy does it yet: the dentist remains the owner of their practice, we handle the management.

Not chains that buy, not courses, not agencies.

In America, this model covers over 20% of practices. In Italy, we are under 3%, and almost exclusively with acquisition logic.

Behind us is OSM Medical:

• Since 2002 in the management of dental practices
• Over 6,000 dentists followed and 7 offices in the territory
• A proprietary tool for people analysis, the i-Profile, used in +1,000,000 evaluations

Before continuing, let's make one thing clear, because it saves you time if it's not your world:

We are not an info business. We are a consulting firm.

We don't sell courses.

We manage real dental practices and polyclinics and we stake our reputation on that.

This completely changes what you will write.

Our content is educational, not promotional:

industry reports, market analysis, data on Italian dentistry, documented case studies, materials that a health entrepreneur reads because they learn something and not because they have been hooked.

Here, authority is the acquisition channel.

Content is valuable if it holds up even when read by a competitor.

Basically, you are a researcher/sociologist dedicated solely to the sector.

Today I am looking for a Marketer to join and grow within this project.

If you are looking for a company that:

• Entrusts you with a long-term project.
• Has you write things that last, instead of creative content that lasts for an ad cycle
• Works in a high-value market, where a single client is worth +€20,000 and every word counts

You will primarily work on industry reports and research, documented case studies, advertising, VSLs, landing and opt-in pages, email sequences, lead magnets.

I will also tell you what this job is not.

Our interlocutor is a Doctor around 48 years old, technically very skilled, tired of management and deeply skeptical towards courses, gurus, and inflated promises.

If you write in a shouting manner, they won't read you.

We need someone capable of being sober, well-documented, and persuasive nonetheless. If your portfolio consists only of info-product launches and VSLs, we probably won't get along.

We are building the category now, before the market structures itself. Those who enter now write the rules instead of inheriting them.
