Tasks

• Writing and maintaining blog articles on security, passwordlessness, and modern working
• Conceptualizing and writing newsletter texts
• BUILDING, MAINTAINING, AND EXPANDING THE HELP CENTERS
• ENSURING QUALITY, UNDERSTANDABILITY, AND ACTUALITY OF ALL CONTENTS
• RECOGNIZING AND CLOSING CONTENT GAPS AND OPEN USER QUESTIONS
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH PRODUCT, MARKETING, AND SUPPORT
• TRANSLATING PRODUCT CHANGES INTO CLEAR CONTENT

Qualification

• EXPERIENCE AS A COPYWRITER, CONTENT WRITER, OR EDITOR
• VERY GOOD GERMAN IN WORD AND SCRIPT
• STRONG LANGUAGE FEELING AND ENJOYMENT OF UNDERSTANDABLE TEXTS
• INTEREST IN IT, SECURITY, OR SaaS
• STRUCTURED AND CAREFUL WORKING STYLE
• USER-ORIENTED THINKING
