Copywriter

This role will be located at two of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Chileno Bay Golf & Beach Club, and, El Dorado Golf & Beach Club, set at Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México. We are seeking a Copywriter to join the Marketing Department (This position is on-site.) BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Copywriter is responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content in English and Spanish, that reflects our brand’s tone and style. This includes writing compelling headlines, product descriptions, and marketing materials that drive results. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Discovery Land Company brand, including its values, mission, and unique selling proposition. • Write high-quality, engaging content in English and Spanish for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive results. • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer preferences. • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing materials. • Work closely with the Design Department to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. • Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing Managers, Creative Directors, and other team members. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Director.
