As a Creative Strategist (m/w/d), you are the creative head in our Growth Team. Your goal is to significantly increase the creative output and quality of our ads, generating "Winning Creatives" for our Meta campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Direct Response Copywriting: You write psychologically optimized ad copy that emotionally appeals to our target audience and activates purchases.
• Briefing & Skripterstellung: You create precise visual briefings and scripts for our content creators and editors.
• Creative Performance Analyse: You analyze the ads' performance and develop new "Winning Creatives" based on that.

Qualifikation

• You can deeply immerse yourself in our target audience and translate their needs into compelling ad concepts.
• You bring at least 3+ years of experience in copywriting with you, having ideally already worked for an 8-figure E-Commerce brand.
• You consistently measure your creative ideas against hard data and are always looking for the next "Winning Creative".
• You possess a high degree of self-organization to ensure a constant output of high-quality briefings.
