Your Tasks

As a Copywriter Corporate Communications (gn), you will take on a central function in the area of Corporate Communications and actively contribute to ensuring that our language – internally and externally – is clear, consistent, and brand-appropriate. You will work closely with the Communications Team, Marketing Team, and internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Legal. In doing so, you will bring your expertise to bear and develop it further in an environment where modern text work, AI, and channel-based communication are increasingly being combined. Sounds good? • You write, optimize, and edit texts for various formats and target groups – for internal and external communication events
• You ensure a clear, professional, and brand-appropriate language and contribute to the communicative consistency of the entire company group
• You advise internal stakeholders on how to prepare content in a way that is understandable, targeted, and channel-specific
• You structure different briefings and text requirements and sharpen contents redactionally
• You translate complex topics into clear, effective messages and use AI and digital tools to support text processes efficiently, develop variants, and ensure quality

Your Strengths

• You bring experience in copywriting, editing, or corporate communications and have a strong sense of tone, brand voice, and linguistic quality
• You understand how channel- and target group-specific communication works, and can adapt texts accordingly
• You use AI and digital tools reflectively and effectively – as support for your work, not as a replacement for editorial judgment
• You communicate in English fluently (C1-C2) – in German at native speaker level
• You work structured, self-responsible, and pragmatically – even if briefings are still unclear or multiple requirements arrive simultaneously
