Job description
For the renovated "Albergo Symphony in Sobrio", we are looking for a
Couple of Managers or Manager (Male/Female)
to rent the entire structure.
The structure consists of a total of 7 rooms, for a total of 14 beds and common areas such as the Restaurant with 44 seats (distributed between indoor areas and outdoor terrace spaces); there is also the pantry and the completely new kitchen which features the most current technologies, as well as the adjacent reception for guest welcome.
Candidates must have solid experience in catering and hospitality, a strong orientation towards personalized service for local and international guests, as well as a good knowledge of Ticinese and Lombard cuisine.
In-depth knowledge in the fields of marketing, territory, geography, environment, as well as local, social, and regional culture will be essential.
Aptitude for working with IT tools, communication skills, and the ability to develop recreational programs, as well as a networking system with Institutional and Tourism Public Bodies, will be equally important.
