Position Summary We are looking for an AI Engineer / Agent Builder who specializes in the Microsoft ecosystem and can design, build, and deploy Copilot-based agents. The role focuses on creating enterprise-grade agent solutions, automating workflows, and supporting clients in Copilot adoption (Empower and Transform phases). This is a combination of Power Platform, Azure AI, and agent engineering. What will be your responsibilities? • Building Copilot agents and extensions (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI) • Creating custom actions, connectors, and API integrations (TypeScript, C#, Python) • Designing conversational workflows based on Microsoft Graph and enterprise data • Integration with systems: SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Azure, and external APIs • Designing secure data access models (Entra ID, managed identities) • Translating business requirements into working Copilot solutions • Creating reusable accelerators (templates, prompt packs, connector bundles) • Implementing security, governance, and compliance standards • Supporting Copilot adoption through workshops, demos, and mentoring business teams Why You? Must-have: • Very good knowledge of Power Platform: – Copilot Studio – Power Automate – Dataverse – SharePoint Online • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Graph API) • Experience with Azure AI (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AI Foundry) • Knowledge of RAG concepts, embeddings, prompt engineering • Programming in TypeScript, C#, or Python • Experience with APIs, microservices, and Azure Functions • Knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, DLP, governance, and CI/CD (Power Platform) • Ability to work with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions • Very good communication and presentation skills Nice-to-have: • Experience with Power Apps • Knowledge of ALM tools and deployment automation • Practice in consulting or implementation projects • Experience in building reusable accelerators • Knowledge of additional Azure services (AI Vision, Speech, Document Intelligence) Benefits • Professional development – continuous learning opportunities and internal mobility. • Rich benefits package – access to Udemy for Business and Worksmile platforms. • Flexibility – flexible working hours and the possibility of remote or hybrid work. • Global collaboration – working in diverse, international teams across different continents. • Innovative environment – participation in the work of a modern, development-oriented organization. • Integration traditions – including an annual company event.
