Purchasing Coordinator

The Purchasing Coordinator plays a key role in Techo-Bloc's global procurement strategy. You will support buyers, manage relationships with suppliers, process consolidated bid requests and, if necessary, issue and track non-inventory purchase orders to ensure delivery at our sites.

In collaboration with the R&D, Procurement, Production, and Customer Service teams, you will manage product data in ERP, follow projects, and optimize procurement decisions. You will also develop supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and share your expertise to maximize value for Techo-Bloc.

Main Responsibilities :

• Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams;
• Issue purchase orders and manage data in ERP;
• FOLLOW projects, intersite movements, and key procurement indicators;
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and propose procurement options;
• Share product information and analyses with teams.
