Solution SFT seeks a (e) Project Coordinator TI

In this role, you will intervene within the framework of a client project that falls within the public sector in the city of Quebec

Role :

Support to the project manager in coordinating activities and resources.

Ensure the tracking of tasks, updating of work plans and schedules.

Expected deliverables :

Registers of follow-ups (dots, decisions).

Update of project documents (planning, schedules, risks).

Operational tracking tables.

Degree required :

Diploma of collegiate studies (DEC) or university degree in a relevant field.

Experience :

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project coordination TI.

Experience in a context of project portfolio management, or support for complex project management.

Expertises :

Best practices in project management.

Tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, advanced Excel).

Inter-team communication, committee animation, document management.
