Description of the post
The person who will occupy this position will be responsible for supporting the Québecor Affichage team in various advertising projects on digital screens, from installation to operational follow-ups related to technical issues.
- Plan and adapt activities according to needs and resources;
- Track supplies, purchase orders, and material deliveries;
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the entire project;
- Ensure proactive tracking and report updates to clients and partners;
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, checklists, and technical files;
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
