Web Marketing Coordinator (Internship 2025-26)

Your role and your tasks

Index is looking for a Web marketing intern to join its team. An internship in marketing communication at Index will allow you to learn the basics of Web marketing. Our internships are full-time (40 hours per week), lasting from 6 to 8 months and are paid. During this period, you will receive training in a constantly evolving environment. Little by little, you will put into practice in a concrete way the strategies that Index develops for clients of all sizes and from various industries.

• Follow the internship program set up by Index which includes:
  • Production departments*:
    • Online advertising
    • Referencing
    • Project management
    • Content
    • Analytics
    • Web
    • *depending on the agency's mandates
  • The other departments of the company
• Formulate original performance-based strategies
• Establish and manage project timelines and budgets for each new project as well as the related documentation
• Provide support to the marketing and business development departments as needed
• Ensure follow-up with clients
• Provide results reports on a regular basis
• Keep up to date with industry trends

• Contribute to the company's research and development (company's AI tools and platform)

• Ensure quality control (QA)
• Participate in creativity sessions
• Get involved in team activities

Prerequisites for this position

• Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
• University studies in communications/marketing or any other related discipline in progress (Be registered in a post-secondary institution full-time for the duration of the internship, or otherwise must be able to show proof that he/she is registered in school full-time for after the internship)
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills in a dynamic environment where everything happens quickly
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Excellent writing skills (French and English)

• Knowledge of the Google suite
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in tight deadlines and on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
