Coordinating Technician Team

At Machinage Piché, you will coordinate the technicians who intervene on our projects — primarily in the United States — without traveling yourself.
You will become THE person who plans, organizes, and supports teams to ensure each intervention runs like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll accomplish

• Plan, coordinate, and organize service works at our clients' sites (primarily in the USA).
• Prepare and orchestrate necessary resources: technicians, parts, transportation, and equipment.
• Participate in kick-off meetings, weekly meetings, and post-project follow-ups.
• SUPPORT technicians during interventions (you will be their resource person).
  Assure the tracking of the backlog, client requests, and priorities.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and maintenance coordinator to streamline operations.
• Update information in the service management platform.

The profile we're looking for

• Education in electromechanical, mechanical, or a related field.
• Experience in service, installation, or commissioning industrial equipment.
• Bilingual FR/EN — equally comfortable with spoken and written communication (client base 95% Anglophone).
• Excellent organizational skills, good stress management, collaborative attitude.
• Natural leadership and pleasure in supporting a field team.
• Familiarity with reading plans and Microsoft Office.
