Regional Valuables Transport Operations Coordinator

Our company is looking for a dedicated and responsible Regional Valuables Transport Operations Coordinator to join our security and valuables transport team. Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of valuables transport operations at the regional level;
• Ensuring compliance with security procedures and applicable legislation;
• Managing the work team and ensuring efficient communication;
• Monitoring transport routes and optimizing them;
• Managing the maintenance and operation of valuables transport vehicles, their technical condition, and cleanliness;
• Representing the company in relations with authorities (Police, Gendarmerie, IGSU, ITM) within the limits of the authority conferred by the occupied position;
• Representing the company in relations with current and/or potential clients, within the limits of the authority conferred by the occupied position;
• Periodically reporting the activities carried out to the company's management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the security/valuables transport field or in the banking sector, in the operations segment;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• PC operating skills: MS Office package, Internet;
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions;
• Category B driver's license;
• Secondary/higher education;
• Clean criminal record;
• Flexibility and availability for field travel.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the security or valuables transport field, excellent team management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Also, solid knowledge of legal regulations and security procedures will be considered an advantage.
