• Ensure the operational coordination of troubleshooting teams to maintain or restore the functionality of measurement and communication systems
• You are responsible for optimizing field interventions, meeting performance indicators and response times, as well as compliance with current regulations (ANRE, BRML, OSH/PR/PM)
• Analyze and apply legislative requirements in the field of electricity and smart metering (ANRE, national legislation, European directives, etc.)
• Ensure the planning and operational coordination of field teams and ensure the quality technical control of equipment
• Use SAP, MDM & MDC, GIS applications and other applications for monitoring and reporting work
