Coordinating Operational Network Lems

Responsibilities:

• Organizes and supervises the commercial activity of sales personnel in Lems stores, with the aim of achieving specific objectives: permanent increase in team performance and product and service sales;
• Applies and supervises compliance with operational-commercial procedures regarding customer orders, delivery of products, services, and handling complaints, etc.;
• Implements sales and marketing policies within stores;
• Publishes specific work instructions for the domain activities;
• Instructs store personnel in applying work instructions;
• Ensures compliance with legislation in processes under its responsibility;
• Solves customer issues professionally;
• Publishes periodic activity reports;

Requirements:

• Higher education degree completed in a technical or economic field.
  Dynamic leader with a sense of responsibility, able to implement promotion and business development strategies;
• Relevant experience in the commercial domain, coordinating a team;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Superior knowledge of operating PC (MS Office: word, excel, outlook);
• Possitive attitude, initiative, focus on results;
• Able to concentrate simultaneously on multiple projects;
• Able to track projects and meet deadlines;
• Availability for travel to work points in the country;
• Driving license: category B.
