Requirements:
- Studies: Graduate or master's degree holder, technical faculty profile (mechanical engineer for construction equipment constitutes an advantage);
- Experience: minimum 2 years on a similar position (experience in service activity and high-lift equipment represents an advantage);
- Certification: engineering diploma, master's degree in engineering, RSL-IR certificate constitutes an advantage);
- Personal profile: communicative person, open to new things, with initiative and attention to details and distribution, good organizer;
- Teamwork: abilities in coordinating a team of assembly, integrating into the collective, fulfilling different and complex tasks along with colleagues on the team;
- Availability: available for overtime constitutes an advantage; available for work predominantly in Bucharest and occasionally in the country.
Job description. Coordinating Assembly Coordinator has the following responsibilities:
- to perform authorized activities according to working procedures, technical prescriptions PTR 1 – 2010, and specific producer instructions for lifting equipment;
- to supervise the activity of the assembly team;
- to verify whether solutions have been adopted that allow the operation of lifting equipment in safe conditions;
- to verify and approve technical documents, respectively, design drawings, installation project, and calculation reports (where applicable);
- to verify and sign off on activity records and to ensure their timely updating;
- to provide the inspector with special expertise from ISCIR with data, information, and documents related to the authorization held;
- to verify whether repair solutions have been adopted that allow the operation of equipment in safety;
- to prepare an annual maintenance plan for equipment and ensure its implementation;
- to ensure the completion of repair and maintenance tasks at deadlines;
- upon completing assembly/dismantling work to obtain and transmit all documents attesting to the completion of work;
- to be familiar with current regulations, technical prescriptions, and applicable standards for assembly turn, scaffolding, and standards;
- to participate in investigating accidents;
- to keep a record of worked hours for the assembly or service teams;
- to verify at least once a year the technical preparation of maintenance personnel, revision, installation, and repair, recording results in a process report;
- to verify through surveys the timely updating of supervision records, completing them correctly, and signing off on defects found;
- to verify the introduction into execution of materials and execution on work phases and at the completion of repair tasks from the point of view of respecting the provisions in technical documentation for execution and specific technical prescriptions, and to subject repaired equipment to testing;
- to participate in professional training sessions and exams organized by the territorial inspection ISCIR.
