Outdoor Work Coordinator Mogosoaia

Bergerat Monnoyeur, authorized dealer of Caterpillar machinery in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, is recruiting for the position of Intervention Technicians Coordinator in the Bucharest area. The company headquarters is in Mogosoaia, and eligible candidates may reside in any of the following cities: Bucharest, Ploiesti, Mogosoaia, Chitila, Buftea, Otopeni.

Conditions of employment:
Higher technical education - mechanical or electrical profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, industrial or agricultural machinery, vehicles, or related fields
Experience in the following activities: service, mechanization, preparation/quoting of work estimates, customer invoicing, reception, customer correspondence; working with technical documentation

Knowledge:
Construction equipment/machines
Good general technical knowledge
PC operating skills (Word, Excel; data management systems)
Knowledge of English at an intermediate level
Communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Organizes and technically and administratively coordinates the activity of the breakdown team - outdoor interventions (technicians and diagnostic experts)
Plans outdoor service interventions, assigning missions to technicians in the Bucharest/Mogosoaia area
Manages the technical conditions of service interventions
Ensures the availability of human and material resources necessary for intervention (personnel, spare parts)
Supervises the quality of outdoor interventions: promptness, adherence to maintenance schedules, cost reduction, application of operating rules (contractual commitments, invoicing, work safety)
Contributes to the smooth running of difficult technical interventions
Transmits the pre-diagnosis to outdoor intervention mechanics
Approves warranty requests in the first instance and agrees them with the warranty responsible
Validates (or if applicable, prepares) the estimate for clients, prepared by the service correspondent
Searches for spare parts and technical information in the IT system
Ensures customer relations: listens, advises, and informs clients
Continuously updates knowledge regarding the range of equipment
Informs and dialogues with Service Commercial Managers
Manages the breakdown team daily: motivates, listens, manages conflicts
Promotes a favorable social climate, maintaining a spirit of team and responsibility at all times
