Job description

Ideal Candidate

  • Necessary Education:
    • Higher education in IT specialty
    • Certifications relevant to ITIL, Microsoft
  • Necessary Practical Experience:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of technical support experience, at least 1 year as a coordinator or senior
    • Experience with ticketing platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
    • International work environment experience
    • Experience working with Office365

Job Description

  • Coordinate and optimize IT operational activities, ensuring the quality of services provided to end-users
  • Implement ITIL processes and practices for improving organizational performance. The main goal is to maintain a high level of user satisfaction by resolving incidents quickly and implementing efficient support processes
Realize and perform other tasks that naturally derive from your role, adapted to your knowledge and abilities
