Job Description: HSE Department Coordinator

Coordinates the activity of the HSE/SU department and the team of inspectors, ensuring the quality of services offered, compliance with legal and contractual requirements, and team development in relation to the evolution of the client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management, through periodic audits, HSE/SU documentation, and specialized consultancy.
• Coordination and supervision of HSE/SU inspectors, including field activities.
• Training, instruction, and professional development of the team, in relation to the requirements of the client portfolio.
• Organization and coordination of periodic team meetings.
• Participation in the investigation of work accidents and relations with competent authorities (ITM, ISU), including the preparation of related documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the HSE field
• Solid knowledge of HSE/SU legislation and practical application
• HSE Coordinator Course – 60 hours (advantage)
• PSI Technical Officer Course (advantage)
• Advanced Microsoft Office/Outlook knowledge
• Organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Category B driving license
