Responsibilities:
- Supervising the courier team and managing delivery routes
- Ensuring delivery deadlines and quality standards are met
- Coordinating communication between couriers, clients, and the logistics department
- Efficient problem-solving and complaint management
- Monitoring stock levels and managing product inventory

Requirements:
- Experience in team coordination

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- PC operation skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
