Courier Coordinator Măgurele

Location: Măgurele

Total net package up to 5,400 lei (base salary + performance bonus + fuel card)

We are looking for a coordinator with experience in managing an operational team.

If you have experience in coordinating people, you like to be in the middle of operations and make quick decisions, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Directly coordinate the activity of a team of couriers and ensure the smooth running of daily operations

• Plan, organize, and optimize delivery routes

• Monitor team performance and provide constant feedback

• Ensure delivery deadlines and quality standards are met

• Manage operational situations and intervene quickly in problem resolution

• Maintain effective communication between couriers, clients, and internal teams

• Contribute to team motivation and development

What we expect from you:

• Direct team coordination experience (ideally in logistics / courier / operations)

• Very good leadership, organization, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage dynamic situations and work under pressure

• Results-oriented and adherence to performance indicators

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• PC operation knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel)
