We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Courier Coordinator to join our team in Bacău. If you are an organized, results-oriented person and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, then this position might be right for you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the courier team and managing delivery routes

• Ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards

• Coordinating communication between couriers, clients, and the logistics department

• Efficient problem-solving and complaint management

• Monitoring stocks and managing product inventory

Requirements:

• Experience in team coordination

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly

• PC operating skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
