Medical Clinic Coordinator - Bacau

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management (experience in the medical field is an advantage);
• Excellent skills in team coordination, organization, and decision-making;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing them by importance;
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, with increased attention to detail;
• Respect for colleagues and patients, integrity, and a constructive attitude;
• Experience working with CASMB/DSP is an advantage;
• Higher education and Category B driver's license;
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools and basic accounting knowledge;
• Availability for travel.

What responsibilities you will have:

• You will coordinate and manage all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards;
• You will manage the local team and patient relations;
• You will ensure the team has a high level of motivation, involvement, and performance;
• You will plan the distribution of teams across work points according to the company's and employees' needs;
• You will monitor the quality of services provided, track patient feedback, and, together with the direct manager, propose improvements to the activity;
• You will ensure that internal procedures are applied and respected at all work points in your area;
• You will actively and constructively collaborate with suppliers, partners, authorities, and the team;
• You will closely collaborate with the executive director and the zonal coordinator for the development of medical services and the implementation of strategic plans;
• You will identify staffing needs and actively participate in the recruitment and integration processes of new team members;
• You will represent the branch in relations with authorities and public institutions
