The position



We are looking for a Site Technical Coordinator to support colleagues in the Team for the technical management of new openings, expansions, relocations, and renovations of NaturaSì stores.



Responsibilities



  • Conduct site inspections for the technical evaluation of premises indicated by the Head of the Development Office.
  • Liaise with property owners, mediators, and assigned technicians.
  • Prepare estimates and feasibility studies for the Head of the Development Area, who will assess the viability of the store's realization.
  • Analyze the necessary interventions and share optimal technical choices for property adaptation with the client, owner/mediator.
  • Coordinate site management activities for store construction and maintenance (building works, systems, equipment and furniture installation), actively supporting in case of unforeseen events or problems during execution.
  • In agreement with the Head of the Technical Office, assign works to identified companies or external technicians.
  • Guide assigned external technicians in site management activities.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in choosing solutions or strategies for resolving intervention requests received from stores.
  • Assist the Head of the Technical Office in selecting new suppliers, evaluating the technical aspects of proposed services, solutions, and equipment.



Requirements



  • Technical Education Diploma in CAT (formerly Surveyors).
  • Registration with the professional register (Albo).
  • Availability to travel throughout the national territory to manage assigned construction sites.
  • Previous experience in the role. Proven experience in Retail, GDO (Large-Scale Distribution), or Food Retail contexts, with experience in the technical management of new openings, renovations, expansions, or store relocations, is a preferential requirement.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with the team, clients, suppliers, and managers, adapting language to different interlocutors.
  • Ability to be an authoritative point of reference.
  • Capacity to quickly address and resolve unforeseen problems on site.
  • Adopt an analytical approach to identify practical solutions.
  • Plan activities while respecting deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to manage unforeseen situations or project changes.
  • Mediate between different stakeholders (clients, suppliers, collaborators).

Work location: Available for travel throughout the national territory based on the assigned project.



Salary range: Annual Salary of not less than € 40,000 for direct employment; in case of collaboration on a VAT basis, a monthly rate to be defined will be paid.
