The Residenza Anni Azzurri Minerva offers hospitality and assistance services to both self-sufficient people and those with diverse conditions of non-autosufficiency and/or severe cognitive decline. It is possible to perform long-term or temporary stays following acute events or pre/post-operative hospitalizations, as well as relief hospitalizations. CONTESTO ORGANIZZATIVO Il Coordinatore assistenza socio-sanitaria: - responds to the Director of structure; - collaborates synergistically with the Coordinator Infermieristico and nurses; - is part of the staff directed by the Director; - manages the team of assistance operators/operator socio sanitari. RESPONSABILITA' DEL RUOLO Il Coordinatore assistenza socio-sanitaria: - coordinates the assistential service, rationalizing assigned resources and ensuring adequate levels of assistance and activity; - plans presence in service and elaborates personnel shift schedules; - elaborates and prepares work plans for activities; - ensures the custody of medical supplies and verifies their correct use; - ensures the correct compilation, conservation, and maintenance of health documentation, safeguarding confidentiality and privacy of data and guests; - participates in periodic meetings; - fosters a climate of collaboration and integration within the group, promoting professional motivation; - manages conflicts within the group and verifies that collaborators establish correct relationships with guests, their families, and other colleagues; - evaluates the team and is responsible for the evaluation and assignment of objectives; - takes care of guest reception. COMPETENZE TECNICO PROFESSIONALI - Knowledge and application of sanitary protocols; - Knowledge and application of company procedures; - Knowledge and control of rules for patient hygiene, environments, and medical equipment; - Knowledge and control of risk conditions and common syndromes due to prolonged bed rest and immobilization; - Knowledge and control of main simple interventions in health education and prevention of complications in patients with compromised well-being.
