O&M Coordinator

From the Deputy Directorate General of Engineering, Elecnor group, we are seeking an experienced O&M Coordinator for our projects in Basilicata, in the areas of Melfi (PZ) and Sant'Arcangelo (PZ).

The O&M Manager is responsible for all personnel and related activities during their on-site stay. They plan and coordinate the O&M team for the maintenance activities of each project.

What you will do:

• Selection and hiring of site personnel.
• Planning of team shifts and communication with the O&M Supervisor.
• Planning of activities by assigning adequate resources, means, tools, and documentation.
• Programming of planned and unplanned activities.
• Supervision, coordination, and communication with subcontractors.
• Management and investigation of non-conformities and incidents.
• Responsibility for health, safety, and environment for all personnel and visitors on site.
• Management of relations with the community and with the site owner's team.
• Support, communication, and coordination with law enforcement or fire brigades in case of intrusion or emergency.
• Execution of periodic inspections to ensure high-quality standards.
• Verification of personnel performance against health, safety, and environmental requirements, promoting the "safety first" principle.
• Site document management via CMMS.
• Report writing.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in managing sites, plants, and personnel.
• Degree in Engineering.
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, during daytime, with on-call availability in case of emergency.

We offer:

• Annual Gross Salary: €32,000 - €36,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Company car.
