Commercial Coordinator

The professional figure sought will operate within an Italian manufacturing reality with strong international projection. Inserted at the Novate Milanese headquarters, the candidate will support the Commercial Director in ensuring operational oversight and continuity management. The role involves replacing the Director in case of trips or absences, acting as a key interface for internal teams and external partners. Main Responsibilities The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for: • Coordinating commercial activities with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration; • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions; • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products and services; • Collaborating with the logistics department to optimize supply chain management; • Providing administrative support to the Commercial Director in managing daily operations; • Coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to showcase company products and services. Il candidato ideale dovrebbe possedere le seguenti competenze: • Laurea in Economia o discipline affini; • Esperienza lavorativa nel settore commerciale o simili; • Buona conoscenza del sistema di gestione delle relazioni commerciali (CRM); • Capacità di analisi e sintesi; • Buona capacità di comunicazione e interazione con i partner esterni.
