For one of our clients, a service SME in the province of Forlì, we are looking for a Temporary Company Coordinator.

Role Purpose

The person sought will represent the link between company strategy and daily operations, fostering collaboration between different functions and contributing to the growth of people and the organization. Therefore, a person with considerable maturity and strong interpersonal skills is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational activities of the different company areas.
• Facilitate communication between Management, CFO, and operational teams.
• Support the implementation of more structured processes and effective organizational tools.
• Develop the company's commercial approach and the commercial skills of the resources.
• Monitor the progress of activities and support the achievement of company objectives.
• Promote people's engagement and growth, contributing to the creation of a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and efficiency.
• Support the introduction of technological solutions and tools that foster company development.

Ideal Profile

• Consolidated experience in managing or coordinating SMEs, preferably entrepreneur-led or family-run.
• Strong relational and collaborative leadership skills.
• Pragmatic, operational approach focused on building consensus.
• Attitude to work closely with entrepreneurs and the administrative function.
• Interest in innovation and digitalization of processes.
• Ability to support people and organizations in growth and change paths.

We will exclusively consider Temporary Managers with VAT registration (P.IVA) or willingness to obtain one, residing in proximity to the work location.

At the end of the Temporary project, the company may consider the possibility of establishing a permanent employment relationship.

We offer a daily fee equivalent to an annual salary package of approximately €80,000 gross annual income (RAL).
