Tasks - You will be responsible for a defined zone in the receiving area with up to four workstations. - As a central point of contact, you will coordinate communication between your colleagues and team leaders. - Through your close cooperation with the team, you will ensure smooth processes in daily business. - You will recognize deviations or optimization potential early on and actively bring ideas for improvement. - The maintenance of safety standards and defined processes in your zone is within your responsibility. Profile - You have fundamental knowledge of processes and standards in receiving. - You communicate safely in German, both orally and in writing. - Deviations from the standard you will recognize immediately; you have a trained eye for details. - New IT systems you will quickly grasp; you are digitally savvy. - You handle numbers safely and possess analytical thinking. - Flexibility, humor, engagement, and a hands-on mentality characterize you. - You make decisions gladly and set them in motion consistently. - You are mobile and willing to work in the two-shift system (Mo-Fr 05:00-23:00 Uhr / Sa 05:00-18:00 Uhr). - You treat others respectfully, openly, and with appreciation, regardless of function or origin.
