Transport Coordinator

As Transport Coordinator at Rexel Nederland, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring the entire transportation process. You ensure that deliveries arrive on time, complete, and according to agreement with our customers. You monitor daily operations. For transporters and internal organization, you are the point of contact for transportation. Where necessary, you take action to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you have a lot to do with transportation partners. Escalations are handled by thinking structurally about a solution. For this, you maintain regular contact with transportation partners and colleagues from procurement, sales, and the distribution center. You support daily operations and monitor routes and routes. You signal bottlenecks in the transportation process and research causes. Together with the involved teams, you initiate improvement actions. Additionally, you handle the necessary administrative processing for transportation orders and delivery documentation.
