We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Coordinator, Therapeutic Recreation Programs to join our team. The Coordinator, Therapeutic Recreation Programs will be responsible for providing therapeutic recreation services to children and youth with mental health needs. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic recreation programs and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Coordinator, Therapeutic Recreation Programs will also work closely with other CDI staff members, including therapists, counselors, and other professionals, to ensure that therapeutic recreation services are integrated into the overall treatment plan for each child or youth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of play and recreation in the healing process and will be able to work effectively with children and youth of all ages and abilities. The Coordinator, Therapeutic Recreation Programs will be a key member of the CDI team and will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to provide high-quality, evidence-based services that promote the overall well-being of our clients.
